Cancellation is guaranteed if requested by 11:59 p.m. the day before the validity date. After the deadline expires, the reservation is in no way cancelable or refundable.
From the order section of your account you can edit or delete an order, to do so
1. Enter the detail of the order to be modified or deleted
2. From the details or edit section opens the details of the purchase you have made
3. To delete an individual ski pass proceed by clicking the delete button and confirm your choice
4. If you want to delete the entire order proceed by deleting all the skipasses in the order to be deleted in the same way
When you delete one or more skipasses the system will ask with which payment method you want to receive the refund.
Once the cancellation is processed the status of the order will change to Cancelled
